Noshka is a weekly dinner planner for the United States. It builds a week of dinners that fits your budget and shows a grocery list with real supermarket prices. The app is published by Evgenii Dmitriev ("we", "us"). You can reach us any time at ekbmoving2018@gmail.com.
Noshka has no accounts, no sign-up and no login. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or payment details. We collect only:
Analytics is optional and off until you say yes. The first time you open the App we ask whether we may collect anonymous usage data. Nothing is sent before you answer, and if you decline, nothing is sent at all — the App works exactly the same. You can change your answer at any time in Settings, under Privacy. The items marked analytics below are collected only while that permission is on.
We do not collect your name, email address (unless you write to us), account credentials, precise location, contacts, or your activity outside the App.
Noshka shows no advertising inside the app. We do advertise Noshka elsewhere, for example on TikTok, and we measure which of those ads brought someone to the app. If you allow tracking when asked, Apple's advertising identifier is shared with TikTok for that measurement. If you decline, no advertising identifier is collected and we rely on Apple's own privacy-preserving reporting (SKAdNetwork), which tells us how a campaign performed without identifying you. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Everything you tell the app about your food stays on your phone and is never uploaded to us: your name, household size, weekly budget, cooking days, diets, allergens, disliked ingredients, favourites, your weekly plans and your recipe notes.
Allergen and dietary choices can reveal information about your health, so we treat them carefully: they are stored only in your device's local storage, they are never transmitted to our analytics provider or to anyone else, and they are deleted when you delete the app. Analytics receives at most the number of options you selected — never which ones.
We use the limited data described above to keep the app working (unlock what you paid for, restore purchases), to understand product usage in aggregate, to measure our advertising, and to fix problems. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train any model. We build no advertising profiles ourselves; if you allow tracking, TikTok may use the advertising identifier for its own measurement and advertising, as described in section 5.
Grocery prices shown in the app are collected by us in advance from public supermarket listings and shipped inside the app. Nothing about your plan, your list or your preferences is sent to any supermarket, and no supermarket receives any data about you.
Analytics events are retained by our analytics provider for up to 12 months and then deleted. Purchase records are retained while your subscription is active and for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Everything stored on your device is removed when you delete the app.
Our service providers process data on servers located in the United States. If you use the App from outside the United States, the limited data described in section 2 will be transferred there. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in the EEA and the UK, or under the CCPA/CPRA in California — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to withdraw consent, to object to certain processing, and to opt out of the "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal data and never have. Because we hold no account for you, the fastest way to erase everything we could ever hold is to delete the app from your device; to request deletion of analytics data linked to your anonymous identifier, write to ekbmoving2018@gmail.com and we will act within 30 days.
All communication between the App and our providers uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Data on your device is protected by iOS itself. We keep no user database of our own, which removes the most common cause of data breaches. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if a security incident affects your data, we will notify users and the authorities where the law requires it.
Noshka is rated 4+ but is intended for adults who cook and shop for a household. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy as the app evolves. The date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes will be announced inside the app.
