"App" means the Noshka iOS application. "We", "us" means Evgenii Dmitriev, the publisher of the App. "You" means the person using the App. "Pro" means the paid subscription described in section 4.
By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You confirm that you are at least 13 years old; the App is not available to individuals under 13. Your use of the App also requires acceptance of our Privacy Policy. These Terms are between you and us only; Apple is not a party to them, although Apple may enforce them as a third-party beneficiary.
The App builds a weekly dinner plan from a built-in catalog of recipes, estimates its cost using grocery prices we collect in advance, and produces a shopping list. It works offline; no account is required. The App is a planning tool, not nutritional, medical or dietary advice.
Some features require Noshka Pro, an auto-renewing annual subscription. Current pricing is shown in the App before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of that period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple's own policies. You can restore an earlier purchase with the "Restore" link on the paywall or in Settings.
Grocery prices are national estimates collected from public supermarket listings on the date shown in the App. Real prices vary by store, region, promotion and time, and may differ from what you pay at the checkout. Prices are provided for planning only and are not an offer, a quotation or a guarantee.
Recipe data comes from public sources, including USDA MyPlate (public domain) and other recipe providers, with attribution where required. Dietary and allergen filters help you narrow the catalog, but product formulations change and errors are possible. Always read the ingredient label on the packaging before you cook or eat, especially if you or anyone you cook for has a food allergy. We are not liable for allergic reactions or dietary outcomes.
Notes you write in the App stay on your device. You keep all rights to them. We do not collect, store or process them.
The App, its design, its dish photography and its compiled catalog belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial cooking and shopping. You may not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute its content or data.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the App, extract its data in bulk, or use it in any way that breaks the law or Apple's rules.
The App may link to third-party sites, such as Apple's subscription management. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost savings, arising from use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that plans, prices or nutritional figures are error-free.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence may also apply. If you have any concern about the App, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it informally.
If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be adjusted to reflect its intent and the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
We may update these Terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
